I've been coming to this practice for many years and have always had a great experience. Cindy is an amazing hygienist—gentle, thorough, and always friendly. I've also seen Dr. Patricia and Dr. Shane, and they are honest, professional, and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental team!

I’ve only had the best experience here. Every hygienist has exceeded their job description. They’ve made me feel comfortable and heard. I’ve only had Shane as my dentist, he’s very kind, knowledgeable, and personable. Always does a thorough job with any process I have to go through. Please use this office if you want the best experience ever!!

Haven't been to the dentist since I was a child. Minus one terribly awful experience at an emergency dentist a couple of years ago. I had been so nervous, but things were just getting worse. My sister recommended checking out A New Smile, and I'm so happy she did! They've be so easy with me. They're all so calm and patient, and I've never been made to feel bad or embarrassed for how long I let everything go. They even took the time to set me up with a plan to take care of everything. They gave me all my options, and explained everything I could get out of my insurance. I left my first visit feeling informed and confident that I could get my oral health back in order. I'm now 2 visits in and the change has already been astounding. I literally can't stop smiling. Absolutely amazing place. 🩷

It can be hard to find good, supportive people healthcare as a trans person but they’ve known me throughout my entire transition and never treated me any differently.

It’s a pleasure to leave this positive review of my experience as a new patient. I excellent service started from my first phone call to inquire if they even took my insurance. Everyone has been a pleasure since then. The ladies that assisted prior were wonderful and then when the Dentist came, she provided service and detailed information; delivered with confidence (which added to my comfort and confidence) in the place and their capabilities. It will be a few months before work is complete, however, I’m excited to begin the journey here.

We thought this was a decent Dental office but after I had a rough cleaning by the hygienist, I have nerve pain in a tooth that was literally fine two weeks before. I know it was fine because I had other dental work done and a comprehensive xray and exam done. Also do not miss or be late for an appointment because they will charge exorbitant fees for that as well. I do not recommend.
